Role Overview:

As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales and marketing teams, driving strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance the homebuilder’s market presence. This position reports directly to the CEO and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales and marketing teams.

- Oversee the management of sales operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

- Collaborate with senior management to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry professionals.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales leadership within the real estate and/or new home sales industry.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends in the Savannah, GA/Bluffton, SC market.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred), or related work experience.
