My client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented leader to join their growing team. In this role, you will have full autonomy and profit & loss responsibility, allowing you to directly impact the success of the company.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of strategic growth plans, securing new public sector projects
Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business
Manage project teams, budgets, and schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget
Oversee all aspects of project execution, from pre-construction to closeout
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong track record of success in the public sector
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Proficient in construction software and industry best practices
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary in the region of $200,000 - $250,000
Annual bonus opportunity based on performance
Comprehensive benefits package including 401k matching up to 4% & company vehicle program
Option for share purchases following a 2-3 year successful period in the role
