operations with a strategic long-term vision and results-oriented approach Design and implement clear and effective policies and procedures with the support of the executive leadership team Respond decisively to changing business and the operational landscape Foster effective initiatives while conveying a strong and determined approach Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement Recruiting and Talent Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a talented recruitment team to achieve hiring targets Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth goals Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including networking, social media, and industry events Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure the selection of high-caliber individuals Drive the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer negotiation, participate in successful candidate closing and ensure successful onboarding Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and contribute to workforce planning Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes Contract Portfolio Management and Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and program management teams Manage and oversee corporate-wide contract portfolio Develop and execute strategies for portfolio staff growth and expansion opportunities Oversee the entire staff lifecycle during work projects, integrating staffing and HR activities seamlessly Drive HR initiatives and policies to support the overall business objectives Implement strategies for employee retention and professional development Work on fostering a positive work environment and employee engagement Other Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the business development team to align operational strategies with business goals Achieve productivity targets, reduce cost, and eliminate errors to meet objectives Other duties as necessary across internal small business departments
