We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, and tech-savvy individual to optimize our senior leadership team's workflow as a Virtual Assistant. Collaborating cross-functionally with our team, you will assist in client program management, calendar organization, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and identifying future opportunities.
Respond to customer emails and calls promptly and professionally.
Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments.
Conduct outreach calls to generate leads from provided lists.
Create engaging content for our social media platforms.
Assist in preparing presentations and documenting client projects.
Optimize workflow efficiency and manage calendar conflicts.
Support management in various administrative and financial tasks.
Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement.
Create meeting agendas and record minutes.
Fulfill ad-hoc requests as needed.
Requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant (minimum 2 years preferred).
Familiarity with workplace technologies such as VoIP, Office 365, and online calendars.
Proficiency in spreadsheet and word-processing programs.
Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
