Virtual Design in Construction (VDC) Coordinator

This position is ideal for a motivated individual with 2D, 3D AutoCAD, Revit, BIM and Navisworks experience. In a fast-paced environment, communication, a positive attitude, the ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional teams are key.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating electrical with other trades using BIM
• Transferring field drawings to electronic CAD drawings
• Producing layout drawings to assist Foremen with budget takeoffs and generating 3D models
• Producing coordination drawings and layouts from project contract documents
• Field visits to assist with GPS assisted layouts

The ability to understand electrical trade material and construction documents is preferred. Prior electrical field experience, electrical drafting experience and certificate or higher in drafting is a plus.
