Albion College invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor position in Economics in the Economics & Management Department. Preference given to candidates who hold an advanced degree (PhD) in Economics or related area (DBA with emphasis in economics). We are especially interested in candidates who will contribute to a campus climate that supports equity, inclusion and belonging.
The person who occupies this position will have teaching responsibility in the areas of introductory and intermediate micro and macroeconomics, statistics, and other advanced economics courses including, but not limited to, econometrics and research methods. The person will teach 3 courses per semester (fall, spring).
Faculty in the Economics & Management Department consists of internationally recognized subject matter expertise, and are engaged scholars and award-winning teachers. The person hired will join a diverse team of colleagues who are active in their fields, serve as mentors to their students in scholarship and practice, and are fortunate to have close working relationships with an extensive alumni network.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in related field by start of position
- Teaching experience preferred
