Visual Designer - UX/UI

We are looking for a Designer (UX/UI/Visual) to join our Agency client in the Federal/ Regulatory industry.

This is a hyrbid role, 1 day per week in DC or can be remote based in NY.

It's expected to be 14-20 hours per week of work and could be heavier lift 26-32 by mid-July.

The Designer will be expected to craft user-centric designs that seamlessly blend functionality and aesthetics, enhancing the overall user experience and elevating our digital products. They must ensure alignment with research, creative briefs, and client requirements.

Additionally, the Designer will be required to execute creative design solutions for various integrated assignments, including websites, digital apps, brand identity, social media content, videos, animations, LMS modules, and infographics. Those with experience towards the higher end of this range may also begin taking on more responsibility, leading smaller projects, or mentoring junior designers.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of user experience, a passion for design, and excellent problem-solving skills. They must also have a strong portfolio of work and be able to collaborate effectively with other team members.
