Qualifications
- Experience leading calls centers with hundreds of people across multiple locations.
- Successful transformation background with clear success in reducing customer interaction volumes, cost savings and/or increasing customer satisfaction.
- History of offshore/vendor integration and management.
- Dynamic and positive personality with proven effective organization leadership capabilities.
