Title: VP of Manufacturing

Location: West Chester, OH (on-site)

Salary: $130,000-$160,000 (DOE) with full benefits

About Us

We have been in business since 1965 and continue to grow and innovate. We are in the manufacturing space and specialize in hard materials. We do precision machining for various industrial applications. A lot of our products are used within medical, defense and aerospace companies. We are up to 3 plants total and are looking to add a VP of Manufacturing to the team.

What You Will Be Doing

• You will direct and oversee manufacturing operations ensure efficient and cost-effective production.
• You will implement and manage machine and production processes.
• You will lead and maintain Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• You will ensure and maintain a positive and innovative culture.
• Manage, mentor and develop engineering and production management teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  
  

You Should Know Or Have Most Of The Following

• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement
• CNC Machining
• Management
• Supply Chain, Scheduling and Manufacturing Operations
  
  

An engineering degree is highly desired for this opportunity.
