Position Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated VP of Product & Engineering to lead our product and engineering teams to oversee and ensure successful execution of key projects
What you’ll do
Lead and mentor product managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality products and solutions
Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure product success
Oversee the engineering process, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of our tech stack
About you:
10+ years of experience in product management or engineering leadership roles
Deep understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for technology and a desire to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Location: New York | Hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
