POSITION SUMMARY:


The Vice President of Recruitment will develop strategies to meet Continuous Care staffing requirements and lead in recruiting dedicated virtual professionals to deliver high quality patient care for Continuous Care services. As the organization grows, this position will potentially be responsible for building a team of talented professionals to accommodate the needs of our clients and contracts. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage the recruitment process efficiently and align it with the organization’s goals and standards.


The VP of Recruitment is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process for various virtual nursing professionals to include but not limited to Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Certified Medical Assistants, Clinical Medical Assistants, Administrative Medical Assistants, Case Managers, Social Workers, and Administrative Support. They will develop and implement effective processes to ensure that the organization attracts and hires the best talent.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Establish and build the Continuous Care brand throughout the market while recruiting talented nurse professionals.
  • Develop a digital marketing strategy to solicit interested candidates.
  • Develop strategies that utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with nursing schools and associations.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified nurse professionals.
  • Implement new tools and technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with EVP, Care Coordination to analyze and forecast staffing needs based on the organization’s requirements and long-range needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment process.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing recruitment team.
  • Manage recruitment budget, ensuring cost effective recruitment practices.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors and service providers.
  • Partner with EVP, Care Coordination to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Create and maintain a talent pool of qualified virtual nursing candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, such as universities, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes, to include developing job descriptions, managing job requisitions, processing job profiles, posting jobs on various job boards, sourcing candidates, evaluating applicant information, vetting/screening applicants, interviewing viable candidates, scheduling subsequent interviews and debrief meetings, as well as extending offer letters to initiate the hiring process.
  • Maintain professional relations with applicants and regularly provide information on interview process and progress.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment business process to include onboarding, background checks, reference checks, assessments, credentialing and privileging.
  • Provide daily/weekly status updates on recruitment efforts and create weekly reports for management review.
  • Capture and analyze recruiting metrics and implement process improvements based on industry best practices and trends.
  • Work with EVP, Care Coordination to proactively source backfill and turnover to sustain virtual nursing to support our clients and patients.
  • Complete all recruiting activities in compliance with established policies, procedures, legal and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with Jackson Healthcare Talent Acquisition team to align efforts for associate onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Identify and implement recruiting strategies focusing on inclusivity and expansion of sourcing options to support virtual workforce diversification.
  • Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the Corporate Values and Culture.




QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7 – 10 years of progressive recruitment experience in nursing or healthcare related field
  • Experience managing a team of recruiters and recruitment strategies in nursing or healthcare related field
  • Ability to manage a large number of requisitions for nurses who conduct patient visits virtually
  • Experience in Internet applications related to recruiting and data management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in various job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • This role is based out of our corporate headquarters in Alpharetta, GA
  • Occasional travel may be required for job fairs, recruitment events, and meetings with nursing schools or associations
