Bell & Associates has been engaged to help our client find their next VP of Partner Relations. Oil and gas fund based in Dallas, TX looking for a VP of Partner Relations that will be responsible for providing guidance, answering partner (investor) questions and concerns, and performing process implementation, aiming to help partners and support business development and our Growth team.

Responsibilities

• Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with company’s Corporation’s partners, communicating with them and staying up-to-date and professional with that communication.
• Partner Guidance: Focus on assisting partners through every stage of the investment journey. Simplify strategic planning and decision-making processes with partners.
• Reporting: Collaborate with other departments and provide monthly/quarterly reports to all partners.
• Process Improvement: Enhance existing partner processes to drive success and promote scalability, such as solution management.
• Database Management: Manage the partner database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records, facilitate seamless partner communications, and distribute leads efficiently.
• Liaison: Works as a liaison for partners with company’s finance, growth and company leadership.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the Director of Marketing on partner communications strategies to maximize engagement and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience working closely with partners/investors, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Experience with public relations’ communications and strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Financial literacy with ability to explain the investment process
• Time management
• Problem Solving
• Interpersonal skills
• Database management (HubSpot experience a plus)
• Comfort working with partners on phone, in person and in email
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Analytical and project management skills.
• Handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
• MS Office Suite
