The Role

We are looking for a General Manager (VP of Product & Growth) to lead this unicorn to new heights. This role is not just a job; it's a calling for those who dare to lead, inspire, and transform the digital landscape.

Join us, and let's chart the course to a future written in the stars of success.

You’ll love it here if:
  • You prefer flexible hours, unlimited time off, and the ability to work from anywhere.
  • You are naturally curious and eager to drive impact for both users and the business.
  • You enjoy wearing multiple hats - we value experts but appreciate jacks of all trades.
  • You thrive in a drama-free, calm, and systematic problem-solving environment.
  • You love challenges and are always ready to roll up your sleeves.
  • You believe in working smarter, not harder - prioritizing productivity and quality over punching the clock.
  • Above all, you follow your passion and have fun while doing it.

What are we looking for? 🔎

The ideal candidate for this role will have a track record of delivering 0-to-1 or 1-to-10 product initiatives from ideation to launch with a sprinkle of entrepreneurship experience. Must have several years of experience in discovering and solving user problems in the consumer tech space and possess strong business acumen to drive both product and organizational growth.

Your Mission
  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as the CEO of the product, driving its growth and operational excellence.
  • Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy to create differentiated and defensible product offerings that align with our long-term vision, securing buy-in at all levels of the company.
  • User Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of our users, uncover their needs and pain points, and translate these insights into actionable product goals.
  • Innovation and Execution: Shape an ambitious, experiment-driven product roadmap to validate, prototype, and push forward new ideas and concepts. Drive execution in collaboration with design, engineering, analytics, monetization, and other teams to rapidly build, learn, and iterate.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with people at all levels of seniority, including C-level stakeholders with non-tech and product backgrounds. Inspire them with the product vision and share the right context at the right time.
  • Team Empowerment: Build and lead a high-performing remote team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Monetization and Growth: Innovate and implement monetization strategies to enhance revenue and user engagement.
  • Business Development: Forge strategic partnerships to expand the app's reach and market position. Manage the new B2B extension deal, leveraging consumer data for B2B SaaS services.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Enhance the efficiency of the product development process, particularly during the ideation, prototyping, and early validation stages.
  • Market Insight: Keep a close eye on the competitive landscape and market trends to ensure our product remains ahead of the curve.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • Extensive experience in shipping successful B2C mobile products in a fast-growing company.
  • Experience in the music industry, music tech, or similar apps like Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, YouTube, or FUGA is highly preferred. Convince us why your background fits even if it’s not an exact match.
  • Passion for building great products for users while understanding what makes a product succeed commercially.
  • Ability to think from first principles, having previously built products that tackled long-standing user problems in innovative ways.
  • Full of novel ideas and creative solutions, and able to bring out the best ideas from others.
  • Data-driven, relentless about metrics, and intellectually honest about the performance of your work.
  • Flexible and fluid in your approach, able to develop and adapt points of view on market outlooks and cultural trends.
  • Strong product sense and a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles.
  • Proficient in explaining complex concepts in an engaging and understandable manner to C-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize both marketing funnels and acquisition pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and efficient resource allocation.
  • Experience with tools and tech stacks relevant to scalable product development and continuous improvement (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Fluent and professional proficiency in English and Hebrew is a strong benefit.
