VP, Talent Acquisition

The Head of Talent Acquisition will drive this effort, leading our talent acquisition team to efficiently hire high quality talent, partner with the business to understand and plan for talent needs, and drive process excellence. This position is a highly visible and critical leadership role, reporting to the EVP, People & Performance.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and develop a high functioning Talent Acquisition team, ensuring operational excellence and efficient hiring of team members across the company
  • Consult with business leaders and our People Team to identify talent needs and organize and allocate Talent Acquisition resources accordingly.
  • Utilizing data and metrics to drive KPIs, effective prioritization, communicate progress, and monitor effectiveness, continuously assessing and improving our hiring processes and practices.
  • Develop strategies and processes to increase internal recruiting capabilities and mobility.
  • Drive talent branding messages and campaigns across different sourcing strategies (internal, intern, campus, experience, tech, non-tech, etc.)

The base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
