We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-known regional bank, for a Treasury Management Officer based in Charlotte, NC. This individual will play a critical role in driving deposits and cross-selling various bank products to new and existing middle market clients. This position offers significant growth potential, with the future opportunity to oversee treasury sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Deposits: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to increase deposits from new and existing middle market clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
Cross-Selling Bank Products: Promote and sell a range of bank products including online banking, ACH/wire services, and other cash management solutions.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Potential to oversee and mentor treasury sales associates, providing guidance and support to drive team performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including commercial banking, credit, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or related financial services.
Proven track record of driving deposits and cross-selling bank products to middle market clients.
Strong understanding of cash management products and services.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership experience or potential is highly desirable.
Knowledge of the Charlotte market and existing client relationships is a plus.
