The Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Consultant collects data, analyzes and provides recommendations for sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable process improvements. The work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

· The Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Consultant collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend improvements that focus on risk mitigation, increased productivity, and reduced cost.

· Conducts interviews with key stakeholders to gather information about current processes and build out future state processes.

· Collaborates with cross departmental teams.

· Research how current technologies not being utilized can support the work being performed.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio) and other virtual platforms i.e., Zoom and Teams

· Excellent communication and presentation skills - written and verbal.

· Exercises ambiguity and be able to adjust/adapt in a fast-moving environment.

· Process driven, detailed-oriented and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification.

· Lean/Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification

· Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)

· Experience with Automation or Artificial Intelligence
