Warehouse and Shipping Manager

Currently working with a client that has a need for a Warehouse and Shipping Manger for their new warehouse to ensure working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures. This is a warehouse "startup" role for the Warehouse and Shipping Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. Will need to indentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Oversee operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and routing vehicles efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within a distribution or logistics environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
• "Start up" warehousing experience a huge plus
• Must have fleet/shipping experience
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
