Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in modern software development languages, with a solid understanding of SQL and a willingness to expand their skills in React, ASP.NET, C#, and other tools. Knowledge or interest in .Net Core would be a definite advantage. In this role, you will collaborate with our development team to create, maintain, and improve web applications that meet our clients' needs. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in an innovative and supportive work environment.

This position is not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington states at this time.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using MVC, React, ASP.NET, and other web technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following established coding standards.
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality.
  • Work closely with database administrators to design and optimize SQL queries and database interactions.
  • Participate in code reviews to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance technical skills and knowledge continuously.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as required.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional software development experience in any modern language, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including experience in database design, optimization, and management.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as React is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
