About Your Next Opportunity
HTC VIVE is seeking a Web Marketing Manager to support our growing global marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for designing website and web marketing strategies to optimize website performance, including but not limited to web traffic increase, content richness, and conversion rates to drive company revenue.
Additional Job Responsibilities Include
Continuously monitor and improve website/ campaign performance based on insights gained from data analysis.
Initiate/ collaborate with cross-functional teams such as website development, design team, SEO, content, copywriting, and other relevant teams to improve the website performance.
Keep updated about the latest digital marketing trends, knowledge, and skills.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills And Abilities)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, SimilarWeb, etc.
Experience using VR/AR technology in a professional setting.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration in web development, design, UX, etc.
Experience in initiating/participating in global-scale web projects.
Excellent strategy-wise thinking, designing, planning, and execution.
Ability to cope with uncertainty.
Passionate about VR/AR, metaverse, consumer electronics, and trending technologies.
Working Conditions
Primary work location is indoors.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and long periods of detailed work with VR equipment.
The employee is regularly required to sit.
The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands & arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

At the time of posting, HTC's estimated annual base salary for this position is $75,000 - $92,000 USD. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including candidate skills, qualifications, experience, business needs, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for participation in our discretionary bonus programs.
