Job Description:
Answering inbound calls for basic and routine customer service inquiries which may include: Regular payments and payment plan changes, proof of insurance, password reset and customer ID
Promoting products and services
Explaining coverage and insurance terms clearly for existing customers
A few details of this opportunity are below:
Training Start: July 31, 2024
Training Time: TBA, Tuesday- Saturday
Training Duration: (5 weeks training, 2 week nesting)
Hours of Operation: 4:PM - 8PM CST (Monday to Friday)
6:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST (Saturday to Sunday)
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ARE MANDATORY!
Qualifications:
Licensed for Property & Casualty in your current state of residence
Dedicated area to work from in your home
Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services
Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays and occasional overtime
Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer facing work environment where you are developing and/or closing sales
High school diploma or GED is required
Authorized to work in the United States
Basic System Requirements:
Two (2) available CAT5 ports in your internet router/modem (see image 1)
Extra Flat screen 21" monitor with a DVI-D 24+1 port (see image 2 and attached pdf form)

Personal device capable of loading Apps (IOS/Android). You will be required to use your personal device for new hire orientation, program specific training (PST), and on-going for Multi-Factor Authentication.
