Summary

The Workplace Experience Specialist will be the face of the WE team in our Boston office as we move from a temporary office to a brand-new space. This role manages all of the office operations, vendor relationships, and events. This individual will be a champion and evangelist of LiveRamp's new way of working and will assist in creating and implementing programs that are inclusive and accessible to our agile workforce.

You Will

  • Manage the Office Operations, Guest Services, and Event Support functions of LiveRamp's Boston office.
  • Work with Global Operations Manager to execute Facility and Asset Maintenance program.
  • Collaborate with Global Operations Manager to create WE team OKRs and KPIs in line with LiveRamp's company OKRs.
  • Provide project management and operational support to complete the build-out of LiveRamp's new office space in Boston.
  • Assist in the program management and execution of Workplace programs, including Food and Beverage offerings, Guest and Visitor Services, Health and Safety, Sustainability, and Employee Wellness.
  • Foster positive vendor relationships, enforcing exceptional service and cost-efficiency. Maintain associated contracts and payments and evaluate term renewals.
  • Commit to LiveRamp's Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging goals and look for opportunities within your work stream to demonstrate.
  • Partner with our Senior Events Manager on event execution, strategy, and resources.
  • Collaborate and align with other LiveRamp key stakeholders including but not limited to C-Suite, Business Technology leaders, Finance leaders, and other various senior leaders in the office.

  • Collaborate to redefine the traditional office environment and implement equitable programs for our flexible workforce.

About You

  • 3 years of comparable experience in Facilities Management or Workplace Experience/Operations
  • Experience in Office Construction Management
  • Experience in Project Management and Change Management
  • Experience in Event Management/Execution
  • Comfortability using Project Management and Collaboration Software
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal with individuals at all levels of the organization

  • This is an in-office position with limited flexibility to work from home. Candidates must be fully-vaccinated (and boosted when eligible) and be able to share proof of vaccination.
