Workplace Hospitality Associate

The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality within a corporate setting and will be responsible for setting up and breaking down meeting rooms, liaising with staff and visitors, and managing catering for special events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down meeting rooms for various events and trainings
• Liaise with staff, visitors, and guests to ensure all needs are met
• Order and manage catering services for special events
• Check in visitors and guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
• Maintain a professional presence and deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Assist with other duties as needed to support the hospitality and administrative functions of the office

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a role with transferable skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• A hospitality-driven mindset with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
• Professional appearance and demeanor
