Change page order

- [Instructor] If you ever need to change the order of pages in a PDF document, you can do it in either of two places in Acrobat. You can open up the page thumbnails, or you can use the Organize Pages tool. Let's come over here to the right and start with Organize Pages. So let's say that I know that pages 13 through 20 are in the wrong place. They need to appear right after the cover page of the document. So I'll click page 13, and then hold Shift and click page 20 to select them and everything in between. Then I'll scroll up a bit. I'm going to grab any one of these and just drag up, and I'll make sure this blue bar appears right after page one, and now they've been moved, so it's that easy. Now, let's say I also know that page 20 here should appear right after the cover. I'm going to close the Organize Pages area, and this time, I'll open up the page thumbnails. And this is pretty much the same thing, and we can actually expand the navigation pane so we can see more of the page thumbnails in multiple columns like this. And that makes it easier to move them around. So I'll find page 20, right here, and I'll drag it up so it appears after the first page. And we'll scroll up, and there it is. And by the way, you can also come up to the menu here in the navigation pane and choose to make the thumbnails smaller or larger, which might be helpful if you have to work with a lot of pages in your document.
