- [Instructor] There may be times when you need to modify the contents of a document, but you no longer have access to the original version of the file. For example, maybe you have a newsletter like this one that was put together in Microsoft Word, but you accidentally deleted or lost the original Word file and all you have is the PDF. Now, in most cases, you won't be able to make any drastic changes like altering the entire layout or design of a page, but you can perform some changes to your bits of text and graphics. Let's take a look at some examples. I have this newsletter open and I'm going to zoom in by choosing fit to with scrolling here. And then I'll just scroll down a bit or use the hand tool to drag down to see the text on this page. Now I'm going to choose the edit PDF tool here to the right.
