- [Narrator] We've seen that Acrobats' commenting tools are great for collaborating on a document with others, but how do you actually get everyone's comments on a document? There are a couple of ways to do this, but probably one of the easiest methods for everyone involved is to do an email based review workflow. Essentially, this workflow lets you email the PDF to a group of reviewers. Each person receives and comments on their own copy of the PDF and then emails it back to you. You can then collect everyone's comments into a single PDF for easy reference. Here in the upper right hand corner of the Acrobat interface, we have a couple of methods for sharing the PDF.
