- [Instructor] Welcome to another AutoCAD tips and tricks video. In this particular video, we're going to play around with the Group command in AutoCAD and how it can just make your life that little bit easier sometimes. So we've got a drawing for you. It's called 315 using Groups.dwg. And you know the drill by now. Download it from the library to follow along with the tips and tricks video. Now, when you open up the drawing, you can see it's a little office fit out, and you're in the Model tab. So make sure you're in the Model tab when you do this. Now this particular drawing is made up of lots of different little blocks. So for example, we have a block for a chair, we have a block for a plants, we have a block for a desk, and so on. And if you hover over each one, you can see they're on various layers. Now, I'm not worried about the layering in this particular instance. You could be a lot more particular about your layers if you want to, but it's groups I want to show you. So you…
