When I was very young, my dad brought me with him as he led 2 new employee orientation for his employer of about 900 people. 3 I heard him tell these new hires, the same thing, as he told me at the house, 4 he said, Every day you have a choice. 5 No one is making you come to work. 6 No one is making you come and do work. 7 No one is forcing you to come to work on time. 8 No one is threatening you to do your best. 9 No one is making you have a good attitude. 10 No, all of this is decided by. 11 If you are scheduled to come into work and you want to sleep in and watch 12 movies and said, that is your choice. 13 You have the full ability to do that. 14 And it's true. 15 You can skip work and sleep in and watch movies as much as you 16 want, but for good and for bad, your decisions have consequence. 17 I understand that if you repeatedly come to work late, that you can 18 do that, but there will be a consequence of having a discussion.…
