- Let's take a look at Cisco Platform Exchange Grid or pxGrid. The pxGrid platform is a data sharing and threat control platform that allows multiple security products to work together. It's common to use security tools from various vendors which has the ability to create silos of data that doesn't get shared between devices. pxGrid allows multi-vendor platforms to bi-directionally exchange information without relying on product specific APIs. This can pull together things such as security monitoring systems, detection systems, access management platforms, and many more items. In this example, we're going to take a look at some capabilities using pxGrid with Cisco ISE. Within Cisco ISE, if we look at our Administration tab here at the top, on the Systems sub-menu the first option that we have is Deployment.
