This course will help you to communicate respectfully and connect authentically with your colleagues. Hi, my name's Kwame Christian, and I'm the founder and CEO of the American Negotiation Institute, where we believe the best things in life are on the other side of difficult conversations. In this course, I'm blending the negotiation and conflict resolution skills to create a framework that empowers you to have these difficult conversations.
