- Have you ever watched the British Comedy Show, The IT Crowd? Well, if you haven't, well you need to be and there's props behind here you probably wouldn't understand if you didn't watch it. But the one phrase the one Irish guy always uses is, have you tried turning it off and turning it back on again? I'm telling you folks that is a true statement and it really, really works. So on the A+ exam, it often talks about one of the fixes being reboot and well you can pretty much put reboot on any troubleshooting issue that comes up, but it comes up a lot right here. And what I'm talking about in this episode is that we know Windows is trying to load, but we just sit there, and it never actually gets to a desktop.
