Define decision variables, constraints, and total cost

- [Instructor] In the previous movie, we outlined a transshipment problem in Excel. Now we can add our decision variables, constraints, and total cost equation. There's a lot to do. So let's get going. My sample file is 02_03_Summary, and you can find it in the Chapter02 folder, the Exercise Files collection. In this workbook, we have our Demand data, and also Capacity for our Distribution Centers and Factories and the distances between factories and distribution centers and Distribution Centers and wind farms at the cities listed under Outbound Distance. We also have arrays that we can use to change the number of units that are going to each individual distribution center for factories and then from distribution centers to customers.
