Research the team

- Before your interview, typically the recruiter or the hiring manager will give you a list of the team members you'll meet on the day of the interview and a schedule for when you'll meet them during the day. The members of the team you'll be meeting will have been given a link to your portfolio and your resume. They'll also be given instructions on what they should be looking for in the interview. That might be a cultural trait or your design ability. They'll be looking you up on LinkedIn to get a sense of who you are and what work you've done. Maybe even see if they have any connections in common with you. Expect that they will be looking you up and that they will have some information about you before they meet you. You'll want to do the same thing. You'll want to look up the team members on LinkedIn and see what types of things they've worked on and if you know anyone in common.
