Challenge: Let's make a brief

- Once you've identified your five Ws, it's important to summarize them in a one-page brief that all stakeholders can review and approve before you start creating your infographic. This action will save you a great deal of time in the long run. It will align stakeholders around the most important details of your project while focusing everyone on an agreed upon direction from the start. By codifying this information in a single brief, you will also be able to push back on scope creep far easier. For example, if a stakeholder requests changes to your infographic that deter from your what, alienate your who, contradict your why; or change your where or when, then your brief will become your best tool. To either push back entirely, reset expectations, or require additional budget and time to adjust your direction to meet the new brief. In essence, this is your contract with stakeholders.
