- [Instructor] Now that you have a high-level understanding of B2B vs B2C marketing, let's dive a bit deeper so that you can see how each category of marketing informs brand positioning and content design. B2B marketing is more relationship driven than B2C. B2B marketers are tasked with driving awareness and excitement about their product or service offerings to a select group of business leaders in hopes that their efforts entice potential customers to meet with a sales rep to learn more. This means B2B marketers must show other businesses the value that the business will gain from becoming a customer. They must show where their solutions are positioned within the marketplace and use that positioning to show their value.
