- [Instructor] There are a few more things you might want to do with your presentation. One thing is send it out as a PDF file. This is useful because this way, nobody can alter the contents if they have PowerPoint. To do that, click file export, and then make sure you have create PDF selected in the export menu, and finally click the create PDF/XPS button on the right. Choose a place to save it. You can give it a name and then click publish. It's going to save every single slide as a different page in your PDF file. The contents can't be altered, but as you see, the image quality is fantastic. So this is a great way to send your presentation around so people can look at it. Something else that you might want to do is send out one or all of your slides as unique image files. For example, if I like this particular slide, I might want to print it out or send it to somebody. So I'll click file. Export again.…
