Group shapes together
- [Instructor] I'm going to show you a fun new way to present a photo. You can group shapes and set the photo as a background fill of those shapes. I'm going to start by having a nice, dark background on a blank slide. So I'll create a blank slide, change to the Design tab, click Format Background, and I'll keep it as a solid fill but I'll change the color to a nice dark blue. These colors are also going to compliment the colors in the photo that I'm going to choose. Now we need to create my shapes. I'll start by going back to the Home ribbon tab, clicking Shapes, and inserting a shape. I'll choose a nice parallelogram. Where is it? Right there. And this one I really like. So I will click and drag and create a parallelogram. Now that I have one, I'll copy it by hitting Control C on my keyboard, and then Control V to paste another one. I'll drag it around, and I will leave just a bit of space in between the two.…
