Share and collaborate on a presentation

- [Instructor] You can share this PowerPoint presentation with coworkers and friends so that the other person can edit it and collaborate on it with you. A prerequisite to make that happen is that the file has to be saved on OneDrive versus locally on your pc. If it's on OneDrive, it can be shared with somebody else. I can see here on the top left-hand side of my screen that AutoSave is on, and if I click this dropdown next to the title of the document, I can see that it saved in OneDrive. So with that, I'll go ahead and click Share on the top right-hand side of the screen. From there, I'll click the Share button again, and in the share dialogue I'm first going to click Anyone with the link can edit. This is going to allow me to choose what happens if somebody gets a hold of this link. It defaults to anyone, but you can also set it for people inside your organization, in this case Red30.
