This is especially true when larger agencies and in-house teams are snapping up those elusive candidates and paying crazy salaries that are difficult to compete against. In this lesson, I'll try to reduce your pain points, walk you through the search process, and discuss the best ways to find the ideal candidates. First, avoid the number one mistake many firms make by seeking the mythical unicorn. You know, those that can do everything well and even love doing it, from digital to branding to print to experience design to wayfinding and everything in between.
