Look after your body
- If you're going to be successful in your job, or in your life, whether it's doing a project or setting up a business or having a great career you'll need your health. You can't get anything done if you don't have energy or if you're frequently ill. So the basic requirements are to eat well, sleep well, and get some exercise. These sound obvious don't they? And yet most of us don't do them. Especially when we're working really hard on a project or a career. We don't have the time to exercise and we're too tired to exercise when we get home from work. Sometimes we might cut into our sleep if we're working late in the evenings. Or we might not sleep very well if we're under stress or we're traveling. And we might eat all sorts of junk food if we're working late or traveling. So I think it's important to get a grip of these key basics of health and to do so you need to take a look at your habits. Find a time of day when you can exercise and get into the habit, just a short walk or run…
