- [Instructor] If you're just joining us, this is a template called Installation Report.dotx and you will find it in the exercise files. It's also the file that we have worked with in prior movies. I believe that all documents that Word Power users create should be formatted using styles. Styles give us lots of benefits. Reuse, quick reformatting, easy troubleshooting, and almost no downside except you have to give up your old way of formatting. By using styles for formatting, what I mean is with a piece of text selected, rather than immediately going to make choices from the font or paragraph groups, you're going to focus your effort here in the Styles group and choosing Styles from this dropdown. And if we want different sets of styles here, if you're thinking oh, I don't like this teal color, I'm not happy with these choices, you won't override them by choosing things from font and paragraph, you'll go to the Design…
