I'm hittin' the road this week, spending a few days in Philly at UberEvents.io's Pharma CX Marketing Summit. I'll take fervent notes to bring back to my team, our clients, and you, my fellow LinkedIn-ers! (LinkedIn-ites!?) Here's what I'll be looking for and sharing: 1️⃣ DEFINITIONS How are different #pharmaceutical companies (OK, and other agencies) defining their versions of "Omnichannel" and "Customer Experience"? How are they judging their programs' successes and failures? What differences do I notice in each of their explanations? 2️⃣ CURRENT EVENTS I know plenty of agencies will speak theoretically and philosophically about our automated, bot-driven future, but ... what is literally happening NOW? In October of 2023, what #marketingtech are they seeing as accessible and effective? 3️⃣ CLIENT NEEDS. CLIENT BUDGETS. What are actual #pharmaceutical companies themselves, not just fellow agencies, finding meets their needs and solves their problems? Specifically, what are some of the mid-sized brands finding affordable? What's providing a quantifiable ROI?
