THIS is one of the biggest and most troubling parts of what I experienced as I was building up my business. Once, when I was a part of a mastermind group, we did an exercise where we explored our childhood trauma and how those negative experiences often limit us from experiencing success. This was led by a *business* coach that I actually admired. I was already on my own healing journey during this time and realize that I was too vulnerable, too raw and too willing to do 'whatever it takes.' Luckily, the exercise didn't cause any major damage. But what if it did?!? What if someone in our group of 25 participants experienced something heavy and scary while exploring deep and sad reflections. That's not how any of this works. Going through these achievements (and I have missed out on quite a few), I feel proud to be a small part of such a big revolution.
