It's National Peanut Butter & Jelly Day! That got me thinking ... What does a Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich have in common with finding the perfect job? It's all about the combination of tastes (PB&J) and talents (recruiting). Finding the right job is like making the perfect sandwich. It's not just about the individual ingredients, but how they come together to create something delicious. Similarly, a successful job search involves finding companies who are looking for candidates with complementary skills and experience to create a cohesive team. The Boldt Company is hiring. I'm looking for the following roles in California. If interested, reach out to me and let's have a discussion about how we can make the perfect sandwich together! Alternatively, check out www.boldt.com/careers for exciting opportunities across the country. Senior Project Manager, MEP - San Francisco Project Coordinator - San Francisco Marketing Associate - Sacramento or San Francisco Project Executive - Industrial Focus - California #hiring #buildtboldy #joinourteam

CASE STUDY! 👀 Firetrace design and manufacture fire suppression systems for a range of high-risk settings. They were looking for a new VP Marketing to take the role in a new strategic direction. Because the team were taking a change in direction for the marketing role, they had to realign what they wanted from the ideal candidate. A common challenge for companies hiring for strategic change rather than a direct replacement. Read more about how we worked with the hiring team to secure a pretty incredible candidate (if we do say so ourselves 😎) 👇🏽 https://lnkd.in/gCpfkhEg #Hiring #Recruitment #HiringEnablement #CaseStudy #Testimonial #HiringSolution

We're adding to our #EmployeeSpotlight series with our Regional Account Manager-Print, Thomas Parnau. We are proud of Tom and all he has done to ensure we provide the best service possible. Why did you join the RBP Team? When I was a pressroom supervisor, one of my former pressmen Carl Ruehle [one of my mentors actually] went to work at RBP, and highly recommended them. How do you achieve success in your role? When I first came to RBP, my goal was to share the years of knowledge I had acquired with others in the industry. To be successful in any profession one needs to listen to the people you work with, and become actively involved in attaining their goals, not yours. What do you love most about what you do? For me, interacting with various personalities is what I enjoy the most. Many of my clients [some over twenty years] have become more than customers, they are friends. While communicating regularly with my customers, I continue to learn from them as well. Tell us a surprising fact, or fun thing about yourself. There is this fascination I have always had with the life of Native Americans. Not sure why, but I carved four totem poles through the years. I gave one to my son, and one to my friend. Perhaps not so surprising, is that I enjoy yard work, duck hunting and the outdoors. Is there anything else you would like to add? Everyone I have ever known in the Printing Industry works very hard. I have great respect for Pressroom Managers, Pressmen and the Purchasing people that work diligently every day, to provide the information we all rely on. #science #chemistry #inspiringthebusinessworld #inspiringleaders #team #technology #leaders #success #chemical #math #opportunity #people #culture #safety #smallbusiness #interior #education #experience #career #training #help #communication #share #project #manufacturing #engineer #businessopportunities #love #work #customerservice #womeninbusiness #sales #marketing #diversity #learning #accounting #leansixsigma #job #business #projects #quality #careers #printingindustry #printinginks #flexoprinting

I know it's tough out there, and there is some uneasiness as we go into (or already are in) the "shoulder" or "slow" season. For many, 2023 has been one long, slow season. The picture I share is the average number of hours each professional on my team worked last week - HVAC Service, Maintenance, Install, Sales, and Plumbing. No bragging or cheesy recruiting ploy, but an acknowledgment that a lot of effort goes into balancing work to meet the expectations of the professionals on our team while still creating great outcomes for our customers and the company. This means that everyone is moving in the same direction and at the same speed - recruiting, hiring, onboarding, marketing, call center, budget and growth planning, etc. It's a concerted effort that can be beautiful and chaotic, sometimes all in the same day! There is a lot to be said for consistency - consistent work that puts food on the table while still providing the work-life balance that our professionals deserve helps in satisfying those physiological and safety needs that we all have (remember Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs). I often get asked, "What makes Hoffmann Brothers a great place to work?" This does.

COO at Creative Carve | Precision Manufacturing Expert | Driving Innovation in Automation & Sustainable Practices
In manufacturing, growth is not a stroke of luck; it's an outcome of disciplined efforts. At Creative Carve, we understand that the key to success lies in the right mix of time management, meticulous planning, and unwavering discipline. On the shop floor, punctuality is not just a suggestion; it's a non-negotiable. We set the bar high for our staff because we believe in leading by example. I don't just expect my team to be on time; I make it a point to be there, setting the tone for a day of productivity. Every day begins with a plan - allocating time for critical tasks and routine operational activities. It's not about just getting through the day; it's about maximizing every moment for optimal results. Discipline, for us, isn’t confined to the clock. It’s a holistic approach that extends to our appearance, the way we dress, and the cleanliness both in our offices and on the shop floor. Why? Because we know that a well-presented and organized space is not just about meeting standards; it’s ingrained in our culture and drives our growth. Cleanliness, discipline, and order are not just checkboxes on an audit form; they are the pillars of our success. It’s not about meeting client standards; it’s about surpassing them. It’s not just a requirement; it’s who we are. Join us in embracing the power of discipline as we pave the way for growth, one meticulously planned day at a time. #TheHarshTruths #ManufacturingDiscipline #OperationalExcellence #TimeManagement #CultureOfSuccess

"If you don't want to freeze half a pig, I think everything else will fit." – Starting with a humorous quote from my colleague Sebastian😄 It perfectly reflects the unpredictability and diversity in our content production world. In our line of work, collaboration is key. We're not just talking about Campaign Management or Quality Management – it extends to Procurement, Logistics, E-Comm, Paid Team, Creator Marketing, Design, and more. The interesting part? Often, our requests seem random. From hunting down props in the warehouse to digging through returns and even sizing up the freezer, every detail matters. Working with so many amazing people is a blast! We even share a good laugh when the production team rolls through our warehouse with 8 suitcases and 6 pieces of hand luggage. Because, you know, nothing says "business trip" like a mini luggage convoy. I'm already looking forward to hitting up my colleagues with the next peculiar question or request, leaving them once again wondering what on earth we're up to 😅 #teamwork #production #job
