I'm reviewing resumes for a Senior Director of Client Services search, and about 80% of applicants don't indicate the size of teams they've managed. Quick reminder to always include this data point. Someone who has managed a team of 8 individual contributors is in a different bucket than someone with experience managing a global team of 100+ with multiple management layers. Bottom line: you want to find a company that's a good fit for your level of experience.
