📣 I'm not sure everyone agrees with this, but I'll share it anyway.
I often see vacancies that do not close for 4 or more months. 🗓They have more than 50, 70 or 100+ applicants, but companies 🧐 are still looking for the perfect candidate.
💡 Companies could hire less experienced but highly motivated candidates.
📒 With proper onboarding, these hired people could improve the necessary skills in 2 months and already bring benefits and results. They are given a chance; they will do everything possible to make it happen!
🔍 But companies are still looking for that "diamond" for many months who can reject their offer at the last minute. And they need to start searching again. Even if the candidate accepts their offer, it will take at least 1 month to get up to speed.
I was a recruiter 👩💻 and I know that some critical positions should be filled by someone with all the necessary knowledge.
🎓 But I also know that there are plenty of "non-rocket science" jobs that can be filled by less experienced candidates who are eager to learn.
What do you think about it? 🤔
