It's crucial for us to go beyond our job descriptions and be willing to step in and assist when needed. Our team is dedicated to moving our firm forward and partnering with external stakeholders and investors to achieve a common goal. Two months in and focused on the foundation. As Patrick Lencioni states, "Not finance. Not strategy. Not technology. It is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage, both because it is so powerful and so rare." After 40+ hours of 1:1 sessions and building relationships with each individual on the team, it was time to come together as one and explore how we can leverage the strengths of each other. We created a level of awareness to our unique talents, we discovered complimentary partnerships, and we committed to rules of engagement as we move forward.
