At Alliance Laundry Systems, home to Speed Queen Licensed Stores, every day is a step toward a greener future. 🌿💧 Here's how we're making a difference: 🔄 Recycling is at the heart of our operations, with 92.8% of our plastic and paper waste given a new life. ♻️ Our commitment to reducing waste is evident as we've slashed our unsorted municipal waste by 54% over the last five years. 💧 Water is precious, which is why 92% of the water used in our STAR laboratory is recycled, saving an astounding 70 million litres annually. ☀️ Powering a brighter, cleaner tomorrow with our solar panels, we proudly generate 97.1% of the energy we consume. Our actions today shape the planet of tomorrow. 🌊Peak CSL Group has set a sustainability goal to dedicate one day each year to cleaning the sea and shores locally in Bergen. This is done in cooperation with Bergen and Omland Friluftsråd. In just a few hours, we collected 150 kilos of plastic waste. Prior to the cleanup, we had a presentation from Kenneth Bruvik from Framtidshavet as a preparation and to underline the importance of action on removing plastic from sea. 🌍 Peak CSL Group publishes an annual sustainability report detailing our environmental actions.
