1moWhat an incredible resource! The rise and popularity of virtual services can be helpful for the population that needs in person assistance by creating channels for both. If individuals aren't waiting for in person services because their needs can be addressed virtually, then those with SMI will have more opportunity to get the type of in person help they need.
