Want to close more business? Here are some suggestions that work. Stay on the grid. Add value with every touch point and ensure prospects never forget who you are as you move through what can be a lengthy sales cycle. Understand their business. Know how you can assist and be able to explain it clearly. (In other words, do your homework.) Differentiate between want and need. Remember, want is more powerful. Appeal to their wants. Add value to your relationship before it even starts by using the three I’s: 1. Introductions – Connect them with valuable contacts. 2. Invitations – Invite them to relevant events. 3. Information – Share useful insights and resources that can help their business. Consistency and value are key to closing more business, nothing more, nothing less. #salestips #businessbuilding #createvalue #NYCsales
Very valuable points and important dear friend 💗💗 very good morning 🌄🌄
I especially appreciate the emphasis on adding value before the relationship even starts. The three I’s are a fantastic framework for building trust and demonstrating genuine interest in the prospect’s success.
Very sensible Adrian. Give first before expecting to get.
Oh, what a beautiful post and photo Adrian Miller- you must still be on the Cape.
Great I’s. Interesting about wants and needs.
Stunning photo, Adrian Miller! And great insight regarding wants > needs. I'll ponder that a bit.
Gorgeous photo Adrian Miller! And I always believing that adding value and giving good advice is key. Listening is also just as important as well.
Agreed, we do and buy what we want, not necessarily what we need. Who do you see at the gym? Those who want to be fit, not those who need it.
Couldn't agree more, Adrian. Love the three I's :)

1wFabulous photo Adrian Miller! I liked this quote: "Understand their business. Know how you can assist and be able to explain it clearly. (In other words, do your homework.)" because if all the email spammers who reached out to me would just do their homework, they would save time creating and sending a ton of emails that have no interest to me. I liked this quote: "Differentiate between want and need. Remember, want is more powerful. Appeal to their wants." because this is what drives my #compulsiveshoppers and wants are very emotionally driven.
