Persistence means staying committed to a challenging goal/objective. Obstinance means being unwilling to consider other avenues. Grit isn't about blindly hitting a brick wall; it's about finding a way to navigate around it and making progress. #saturdaythoughts #goals

Anald may I share this with you. We are all hardwired to resist change. As science driven evidence based transformation experts our job is to first: Assign everything we do to a S-Curve . Next we follow the evidence and identify the places resistance shows up and come up with systemic solutions to resistance. next we invite the early adopters to be our tipping point. as soon as that happens, we escalate at a rapid pace and execute with excellence along the way until we’re done with that mission, and then immediately go and rejuvenate, waiting for the next mission priority.

Very true. Perseverance and flexibility of thought are important to strive. Not having one of those leads to either indecisiveness or tunnel vision.
